Go old school and CALL the credit bureau. They can walk you thru the process.

If your daughter is not even in her teens, I wouldn't have thought she had a credit rating because she is unable to get credit/store cards or loans, mortgage etc. Now sure how someone so young, without an income as well would have a credit rating. I am speaking from UK perspective though, perhaps it is different where you are.
