Can you get financial aid for housing if your living with your spouse?
We made so little that we qualify for financial aid with no expected family contribution. At the moment we're staying with family, but, that will be way too distracting while I'm in school since my parents don't care about college. We plan to move out to an apartment when I start school. Will financial aid part of my off campus housing if I'm living with my spouse?
You will receive the same financial aid package regardless of if you live with your family or with your spouse. Your school does not care and does not take it into account when compiling your aid package. You are simply declared as living "off-campus" and that is all. You won't receive anything special because you are living in an apartment.
