Are you sometimes embarrassed to be an American when lipstick is a bigger talking point than the economy?
This is NOT a shot at the Republicans as I am no socialist either; however, this weeks antics leave me embarrassed at times to be an American. Why can this nation not get past 3rd grade antics and JUST talk about who is likely to improve the economy and maintain our safety? If you are among those making an issue out of semantics when we have far bigger problems, how do you live yourselves? Well the first bulk of answers is at least refreshing, thanks. I was anticipated more compelled partisan defences of each party. Maybe there is hope : )

I agree wholeheartedly. The rest of the world laughs at us. There are serious issues to discuss, major problems to resolve and people are arguing over lipstick jokes. Get a CLUE!!!!!!!!

John McCain is showing his true colors and how well he can lie! If you heard what McCain has been saying and you still believe him, Then your either rich and do not care about the economy, health care and education or just can not see the truth.

the truth is that most Americans can't handle the true depth of subjects like economy, foreign policy, religious debate, etc. with Hollywood leading our field of vision, most people need very superficial topics to feel included.

It is sad, both candidates are a disappointment in my opinion, and yet these sheeple worship them like they are some kind of superior beings. Guess we should grab a beer, sit back and watch more media, and get more brainwashed and watch the New World Order Agenda take over.Wonder at what point people will wake up?
